Scope and specifics of application
Aluronal enamel is used for steel products and structures long-term corrosion protection. It has high weather-resistant, anticorrosive, wear proof properties as well as a good decorative effect. The aluminum powder contained in the enamel improves coating protective properties due to the barrier effect.
It is used for anticorrosive protection of metal pipes and steel structures, for painting steel and water tanks, power line supports, hangars, galvanized roofs and domes, pipelines and oil and gas pipelines, bridges and hydraulic facilities, metal platforms, overpasses and floating docks as well as any metal structures operated in water-saline mist conditions.

Instruction for use
Primed surface should be free of grease before coating. Use as a degreaser water-based cleansing agents with pH 6-8. Dry the surface. Don't use solvents as degreasers!
Basis temperature higher than dew point no less than 3°C.
Ambient temperature from -10°С to +35°C.
Relative air humidity no more 80%.
The process of applying
Ready to use. Stir thoroughly before use with mixer. Thin if needed with formula thinner RP-1K, RP-1K F. Should be mixed while operating.

Can be recommended for small and hard-to-reach areas. Thin the primer-enamel depending on the working conditions when using brush.

Tubing, pistol and other spraying tools must be cleaned after using.
|Wash the tools after using immediately. The frequency of washing depends on the amount of sprayed material, the temperature and the time since the shutdown, including any time lag.
