Description
Anti-corrosion one-component primer-enamel ALURON AT.
Scope and specifics of application
Primer-enamel ALURON AT is designed for painting metal surfaces in reduced drying mode, including conveyor painting. Suitable for repair work.
It is used for anticorrosion protection and repair painting of internal and external surfaces of vehicles (agricultural machinery, construction equipment, public transport, railway transport), machine parts and mechanisms, surfaces of building metal structures, containers, hangars, roofs, as well as other metal products subjected to increased mechanical and atmospheric effects.
Information on the resistance of the material to different media is available on request.
Surface preparation
The surface of the metal is cleaned by blasting to a degree 1 or 2 according to GOST 9.402(Sa 2^(1/2) or Sa 2 according to ISO 8501-1:2007). Dust and degrease the cleaned surface.
If the surface preparation quality decreases, the service life and performance may change.
Application conditions
The temperature of the base must be at least 3°C above the dew point.
Ambient temperature from +5°C to + 35°C.
Relative humidity not more than 80%.
The process of applying
Preparation |
Primer-enamel is ready for use. Mix thoroughly with a construction mixer. If necessary, dilute with prescription thinner RP-1K |
Airless spray |
Dilution: 0-10% The diameter of the nozzle: 0,011-0,017" Initial pressure: 120-160 ATM |
Air spray |
Working viscosity: 40-60 sec Dilution: 10-30% Nozzle diameter: 1.8-2.5 mm Initial pressure: 3.0-4.0 ATM |
Interlayer exposure at 20°C |
10 - 20 min. |
Roller Brush |
It is recommended to use only for small areas or hard-to-reach areas. When applying with a brush, dilute the primer-enamel depending on the condition when painting |
Diluent | Prescription thinner RP-1K |
Purifier | Prescription thinner RP-1K, R-4 |
Work stoppage | The product must not remain in hoses, gun or other spraying equipment |
Equipment washing |
Rinse the equipment immediately after use. The frequency of flushing depends on the amount of material sprayed, the temperature and the time elapsed after the shutdown, including any delays
