Fields of application
ALURON primer is used exclusively as a primer layer in combination with alkyd, melamine formaldehyde, epoxyester, alkyd-urethane and other enamels.
The primer is the most economical option for professional anti-corrosion treatment.
It is used to paint surfaces with no high requirements for maintaining their protective properties for a long time. It is suitable for processing metal structures of the bearing type. It is widely used as a primer in a system with flame retardant materials.
As a single system, it is used for anti-corrosion protection of vehicles internal surfaces: agricultural machinery, construction equipment, railway transport, public transport (buses, trams, etc.) as well as machine tools and mechanisms used in the power sector.
The primer has good adhesion, bending strength and reduced open time. It is used mainly in temperate climates.

Instruction for use
Metal surface should be abrasive blasted to grade 1 or 2 to GOST 9.402 (Sa 2^(1/2) or Sa 2 to ISO 8501-1:2007). Clean surface must be free from dust and grease.
If the quality of surface preparation decreases, the service life and its operating performance may change.
Basis temperature higher than dew point no less than 3°C.
Ambient temperature from +5°С to +35°C.
Relative air humidity no more 80%.
The process of applying
Ready to use. Stir thoroughly before use with mixer. Thin if needed with formula thinner RP-1K, RP-1K F.

Can be recommended for small and hard-to-reach areas. Thin the primer depending on the working conditions when using brush.

Tubing, pistol and other spraying tools must be cleaned after using.
