Designed to protect steel surfaces, including painting bridges, vehicles, cranes, steel masts, conveyors and other steel structures.

The surface of the metal is cleaned by blasting to a degree 1 or 2 according to GOST 9.402(Sa 2^(1/2) or Sa 2 according to ISO 8501-1:2007). Dust and degrease the cleaned surface.
If the surface preparation quality decreases, the service life and performance may change.

The process of applying
The product is two-component. Component A is a suspension of anticorrosive pigments and fillers in epoxy resin. Component B-hardener.Always mix a complete unit in the proportions supplied.
After mixing, use within the specified pot life. Mixing sequence: the Base (component A) is mixed with a construction mixer. Then the mixed hardener (component B) is added to the base (component A) and thoroughly mixed with a construction mixer.
Attention! Careless mixing or the wrong ratio can lead to uneven curing and weakening of the properties of l/C film.
