Polytex SQ enamel is used to paint pre-primed surfaces to form decorative finishing coatings with a different gloss: from deep matt to high gloss (up to 90%).It is used for decorative finishing of internal and external surfaces of vehicles: diverse agricultural machines, construction equipment, as well as diverse machine tools and equipment, transport metal structures and metal products that are exposed to mechanical impacts.
Polytex S Q enamel has good decorative properties, good adhesion and bending strength.
Information on the material resistance to various media is available on request.

Two component polyurethane enamel PolytexSQ is applied on primed surface. The surface can be abrasive blasted with grain Р-180 to Р-320.
Conditions
Basis temperature higher than dew point no less than 3°C.
Ambient temperature from +5°С to +30°C.
Relative air humidity no more 80%.

Blending |
Polyurethane enamel consists of two components: component А - basis, component B - hardener. Before use, pre-mix component A with a low-speed drill with mixing nozzle, then mix with component B in stoichiometric ratio in the delivery form. Mix the resulting material thoroughly until smooth. After the hardener is added into the semi-finished product, the material should be allowed to stand for at least 5-10 minutes. |
