Zinc-filled single-packing material based on high-molecular synthetic polymer.
Scope and specifics of application
Primer Policing designed for cathodic corrosion protection products, construction and structures made of ferrous metals, operated in atmospheric conditions, in the conditions of water-saline mist, in the environment of vapours and aerosols of petroleum products.
The material can be used as an independent coating, and as a primer layer.
It is possible to use as an alternative to hot-dip galvanizing.
Due to the combination of cathodic and barrier protection mechanisms, the primer has a special resistance to sea, fresh and polluted water, high humidity, medium and highly aggressive industrial atmosphere. The coating is resistant to spills of sea and fresh water, aqueous solutions of salts, oil and petroleum products.
It is successfully used for the protection of steel structures, bridges and hydraulic structures, ports and ship structures, overpasses and platforms, as well as in the construction of railway and, in particular, sea and river transport. Suitable for painting horizontal and vertical surfaces of pumping and capacitive equipment of mineral oil storage tanks, salt solutions, alkalis, oil products, tanks, storage facilities, pipes and pipelines, oil and gas pipelines.

Surface preparation
The metal surface to clean by abrasive blast method to degree 1 or 2 according to GOST standard 9.402 (Sa 2^(1/2) or Sa 2 according to ISO 8501-1:2007) with a roughening, the recommended surface profile is Rz =30-50µm. Dust and degrease the cleaned surface.
Application on a smooth surface without roughening is not allowed!

Ambient temperature from +5°C to + 35°C.
Humidity - no more than 80%.
