Fields of applicationIt is used for final finishing of industrial floors monolithic polymer coatings including coatings decorated with colored chips. It is used as finishing coating in the system «MasterPol-010»+«MasterPol-210» to make the surface matt as well as to seal off decorations (chips, flocks, sparkles, etc.)
It does not contain organic solvents. It is cost-effective.
Instruction for useWhen applying to the old coating, the surface to be coated must be clean and free of grease.
ConditionsThe minimum ambient temperature is +5 °C. The maximum ambient temperature is +35 ° C. The maximum relative humidity is 80%.
The dew point is not allowed to fall out! The material reacts with water and air moisture, so it is necessary to protect the material and the coating (before it is cured) from water impact and atmospheric moisture condensation.
The process of applying
Component A (base) is mixed in a manufacturer's or special container, then component B (hardener) is added. Next, the components are thoroughly mixed for 2-3 minutes with a construction mixer.

The lacquer is applied in a thin layer of 40-50 microns on the polymer floor. The material is applied in a uniform layer without gaps on a clean and dry surface with a velvet roller with a pile of 4 mm. To have gaps in the lacquer film on the surface is not allowed. The task when coating is to create a uniform layer on the entire surface (see consumption below). It is possible to apply two layers if necessary (apply the second layer 3 hours after the first layer is completely cured). Apply the second layer in the cross direction to the first layer. Do not allow spills during application!
One layer coating is recommended for floor decorative finishing. Two layers coating is required to form a wear-resistant coating, while providing a decorative finish.
