Coating with paint and varnish compounds is one of the most common and reliable ways to protect railway transport from corrosion and various types of pollution, including graffiti. Obvious advantages are accessibility, simplicity of surface application technology, ease of repair in case of damage, and high anti-corrosion and anti-vandal properties. Our materials have been tested at the Scientific Research Institute of Railway Transport («VNIIZHT JSC»).
Our company's products are represented by the following lines of materials for railway transport facilities:
- alkyd-urethane ALURON
- polyurethane Polytex
- epoxy EPPEX
- zink rich EPPEX Zn
- vandal-proof complex
Polytex ST G95 enamel, ALURON ATB primer-enamel, Polytex monosystems, and vandal-proof materials have been proved to be the most suitable products.
Polytex ST G95 two-component polyurethane enamel is used to create high-gloss finishes having high appearance requirements. ALURON AT HQ primer-enamel is designed to paint metal surfaces in a reduced drying mode, including during conveyor painting. Vandal-proof materials can protect rolling stock from unauthorized graffiti.
Polytex monosystems are used as an independent coating for priming and painting metal exterior and interior surfaces of all types of railway rolling stock, as well as the interior surfaces of freight car bodies, wagon equipment, all types of rolling stock, as well as other metal structures (except railway bridges) operated in atmospheric conditions and exposed to the aggressive effects of bulk materials of chemical products.
